When moving into the apartment, it is highly recommended to conduct an entry inventory, a document that will then be attached to the rental agreement.
This inventory must obligatorily be signed by the tenant and yourself or the representative.
The entry inventory is your reference document to rely on in case of damages in the apartment and will allow you to justify any potential deduction from the security deposit.
