When Should I Return the Security Deposit?

The timelines for returning the security deposit are strictly regulated:
30 days after handing back the keys if you do not notice any difference or issues between the move-in and move-out inventories, and 60 days after handing back the keys if you notice a deficiency in the apartment’s upkeep or any damage.
If you appoint Home Attitude to conduct your inventories, you will need to contact us again after reviewing the move-in and move-out reports.
Based on your feedback and provided you receive the corresponding supporting documents, we will return all or part of the security deposit to your tenant.
