When should I pay my monthly rent to Home Attitude?

When your rental lasts more than 2 months, you pay your first month’s rent at the signing of the rental agreement.

This rent corresponds to a one-month calendar period starting from your move-in date. You will therefore need to pay an additional rent equal to the remaining nights of the following month.

For example, if you move in on September 15, the rent paid at the signing of the rental agreement covers the period from September 15 to October 14. In October, you will therefore need to pay an additional rent covering the remainder of October, i.e., from October 15 to October 30.

This additional rent, as well as the following monthly rents, must be paid before the 1st of each month. If your move-in date is after the 20th of the month, you must pay this additional rent at the time of booking.
