How is the occupancy tax paid to municipalities, departments, and regions?

Home Attitude is responsible for collecting and remitting the occupancy tax for all leases signed through our intermediary for which the occupancy tax is due. The remittance is made by Home Attitude each month.
By listing your apartment for rent via Home Attitude, you expressly authorize Home Attitude to collect the occupancy tax from the tenant when it is due and then remit it to the relevant agencies and authorities, on your behalf and for your account.
