What is the procedure for property owners?

You can update the ranking of your accommodation in your owner space. Home Attitude will then apply the tourism tax rate corresponding to the property's ranking at the time of the tenant's booking, when the tourism tax is due.
If you do not update the ranking of your property, the rate for an unrated furnished accommodation will be applied.
