We strongly advise conducting a move-out inspection in the presence of the tenant.
The move-out inspection will, in a sense, provide the summary: it is mainly for the landlord to check that there have been no damages to the property, the furniture, or the equipment by the tenant.
For the tenant, this document will help protect against potential claims from the landlord for damages that appeared after they left the premises.
