Who Conducts the Check-In and Check-Out?

The check-in can be carried out by yourself, your representative, or by a Home Attitude agent. This service is included in the Prestige package as well as for all corporate rentals. It can be ordered à la carte in the Privilege package.

If you would like us to handle both the check-in and check-out, the order must be placed at least 5 business days before the start of the rental, as well as the key deposit (subject to availability). You can place an order directly from your Owner Area.

Our real estate professionals will carry out for you certified entry and exit inventories:

• Welcoming your tenants and verifying their identity

• Handing over and collecting keys

• Reading the EDF/GDF meters

• Inspection of the apartment (cleanliness, operation of equipment, damages...)

• Drafting and signing of the contradictory inventories

The price of the entry and exit inventory service depends on the size of your apartment; you can find all rates in your owner area.
