We recommend keeping your availability calendar up to date from your owner area in order to optimize your position on our site, to be highlighted first by our consultants, and to receive rental offers that are better suited to you. Ideally, update it every two months.
When your property is available, a tenant can submit a rental application. They must then provide a complete file, make a prepayment, and sign the lease before you validate their request. To avoid unnecessary steps, remember to update your availability.
