How to be Listed on the Home Attitude Website?

Do you want to rent out a furnished apartment in Lyon or its inner suburbs? To be listed on the Home Attitude site, simply fill out the Owner Form available at Register a property or contact us directly by phone at 01 76 21 57 94.

One of our advisors will get in touch with you to assess your needs and arrange a visit to your apartment. During this visit, they will take photos of the apartment with a professional camera, provide a virtual tour of your property, agree with you on the rental conditions (duration, rent, etc.), and give you a management mandate to return signed electronically from your account.

Upon signing the mandate, we handle drafting the listing, submit it to you for approval, and once you agree, we take care of publishing it online and finding a tenant for your apartment.
