Agency rental fees for tenants coming from a corporate entity are calculated as follows:
For a rental of 1 to 3 months: 20% including tax of the total rental payments paid by the tenant (limited to 1 month's rent)
For a rental of 4 to 6 months: 17% including tax of the total rental payments paid by the tenant (limited to 1 month's rent)
For a rental of 7 to 11 months: 15% including tax of the total rental payments paid by the tenant (limited to 1 month's rent)
For a rental longer than 12 months: 10% of the total rental payments (limited to two months' rent)
