What services are offered to Corporate Clients?

Home Attitude offers services exclusively dedicated to businesses:

  • Pre-visit: if time permits, we conduct a visit before the rental to verify that the property is in good order and ready to welcome your employee in the best conditions.

  • Check-in and check-out inspections: Home Attitude will perform the check-in and check-out inspections for any rental. We manage your security deposit by keeping it safe and returning it at the end of the rental, with the owner's agreement.

  • Personalized welcome: a Home Attitude specialist will greet each client in the apartment, perform the check-in inspection, and hand over the keys. To ensure a better welcome, our staff will speak English if your employee prefers.

  • Insurance: to cover rental risks, Home Attitude will obtain insurance on behalf of the occupants. This will cover damages to movable and immovable property owned by the property owner following fire, explosion, or water damage. It will also cover third-party claims.
