What should you do before leaving the premises?

To best prepare for your departure, here are a few tips:

• Remember to notify your owner 3 days before your move-out date to remind them of the day and time of your departure.

• Remember to clean your home. The apartment should be in the same condition of cleanliness as when you arrived. If applicable, cleaning fees may be deducted from your security deposit.

• Remember to request a move-out inspection with a witness/contradictory inventory and, if there has been any damage, be transparent with the owner.

Contact customer service in advance to schedule an appointment to organize the exit inspection, as was done at check-in. The apartment must be in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.
If applicable, cleaning fees may be deducted from your security deposit.
