I ultimately want to change apartments, is that possible?

Edited

If you are already in the apartment, you cannot leave the dwelling without sending a notice letter to the landlord of the property you rent. You can submit your notice directly in your tenant area. If the dwelling is not your main residence, you can sign it electronically from this space. Otherwise, you will be asked to send it by registered mail. You are liable for the rent for the entire notice period.

You must respect the notice period indicated. The notice period for a furnished rental is one month unless the landlord of the apartment expressly agrees otherwise.

If you absolutely want to change apartments before the notice period ends, we can offer you another one, but the monthly rent cannot be refunded to you and you will have to pay new agency fees for the newly rented apartment.
