I caused damage accidentally, what should I do?

In case of accidental damage, you are covered by the home multi-risk insurance taken out by Home Attitude with Trustiway. Please provide the contract number "Home Attitude" and the contract type "Trustihabitation." You can find the contact details on the document sent at the time of booking confirmation and in your tenant portal (the “My documents” tab). You will need to explain the circumstances of the incident and attach as many supporting documents as possible (photos, quotes, purchase invoices, etc.) as well as a copy of the rental damage contract. The declaration must be made within 5 days from the day you become aware of the claim.
