I notice a fault in the apartment, what should I do?

Edited

Whether you enter the apartment through Home Attitude or through the owner, the latter is responsible for the condition of the apartment and everything that happens there during your stay. You will find the owner's contact details in your Tenant Space.

If you notice a malfunction with hot water or heating, first check whether there is an error message on the boiler, a leak on the water heater tank, or if the radiators are on.

If you have not found an explanation or could not resolve the problem yourself, you will need to contact the owner, clearly explaining the circumstances of the problem. The owner will then call a professional, and you must be available to receive them or grant access.

For information, when it concerns collective heating, the start date of the heating is decided by the co-ownership, and the heating will not operate before this date. Do not hesitate to inquire with the owner or the concierge.
