The security deposit must be returned within a maximum time of:
1 month if the move-out inspection is in compliance with the move-in inspection,
2 months if the move-out inspection reveals differences with the move-in inspection.
To facilitate the refund of your security deposit, we encourage you to upload your bank account details (RIB) in your tenant space. This will allow a fast and direct transfer. If the move-in was conducted by Home Attitude, the refund will be made by the same payment method used for the security deposit payment.
