What will be my monthly rent?

When your rental lasts more than 2 months, you will pay your rent monthly to Home Attitude.
The monthly rent for each apartment is listed on our website.
When you only owe part of a month, your rent will be calculated on a pro rata basis of the monthly rent.
For example, if your lease ends on January 15, your January rent will correspond to the monthly rent divided by the total number of nights in January (31), multiplied by the number of nights you stayed in the apartment in January (15).
