The deposit is a sum paid to the agency after all parties sign the furnished rental contract. It is deducted from the amount of the first rent.
The amount of the deposit to pay to Home Attitude depends on the length of your stay, your payment method, and your booking date. For a rental of more than 2 months, it corresponds to the amount of the first month’s rent as well as energy consumption. For a rental of 2 months or less, we will ask you to pay all rents and energy consumption in advance.
