Why pay agency fees?

We want to clarify what agency fees cover. With Home Attitude, you have access to a selection of apartments, with the ability to search for the one that matches your criteria on a single platform. We have visited each property to verify that it corresponds to the owners' descriptions. We have taken photos, requested a more detailed list of amenities than the legal minimum, and drafted a rental contract in compliance with French law to ensure your protection as well as that of the landlord. We also remain available to answer any questions you may have during the lease term.

In addition to this, home insurance is included, providing you with extra coverage. All this work requires time, labor, and technical tools, which generates a cost. And for your complete information, the amount of agency fees is regulated and we do not charge more than what we are allowed to charge.
