What is the amount of the agency fee?

Agency fees for rental for individuals are calculated as follows:

• For a rental of less than 1 month: 30% including tax of the total rent paid by the tenant

• For a rental of 12 months or less: 15% including tax of the total rent paid by the tenant (limited to one month’s rent)

• For a rental of more than 12 months: 10% including tax of the total rent paid by the tenant (limited to two months’ rent)

In the case where the rented dwelling is the tenant’s primary residence, the rental agency fees are 12 euros including tax per square meter + 3€/m2 if the inventory of fixtures is carried out by Home Attitude or one of its partners (based on the rented dwelling’s floor area).

Agency fees for businesses are calculated as follows:

• For a rental of less than 3 months: 20% including tax of the total rents of the rental paid by the tenant (limited to 1 month’s rent)

  For a rental of 3 to 6 months: 17% including tax of the total rents of the rental paid by the tenant (limited to 1 month’s rent)

  For a rental of 6 to 12 months: 15% including tax of the total rents of the rental paid by the tenant (limited to 1 month’s rent)

  For a rental of more than 12 months: 10% of the total rents of the rental (limited to two months’ rent)
