I purchased cancellation / stay interruption insurance. How to proceed if I want to cancel or interrupt my stay and who should I contact?

First, you must notify your Home Attitude advisor to inform them of your wish to cancel or interrupt your rental from your tenant space.
If you are already in the apartment, you must submit your notice from your tenant space.
Finally, go to Trustiway and indicate the contract number "Home Attitude" as well as the contract type "Trusti Voyage". Supporting documents will be requested.
