What are the cancellation conditions?

If you cancel before the start of your stay, half a month’s rent for a rental longer than 2 months or half the total rent for a rental of 2 months or less, as well as the agency fees, are non-refundable.
You have the option to purchase, at the time of your booking, cancellation and interruption of stay insurance covering unforeseen situations (e.g., illness, accident, visa denial...). This insurance covers:
- In case of cancellation before your stay: You are fully reimbursed for the amounts paid at the time of booking.
- In case of interruption during your stay: You are fully reimbursed for the amounts already paid for the remainder of your stay and you owe nothing more.
