What are the costs associated with a booking?

The payment required to confirm your booking includes:

  • Agency fees: They allow us to inspect each property before listing it and to offer you tailored support.

  • The deposit: For a rental longer than 2 months, it corresponds to the first month of rent and energy charges. For a rental of less than 2 months, we will ask you to pay the total rents and energy charges in advance.

  • The security deposit: It will be refunded within 30 days if the exit inspection matches the one performed at your arrival.

These amounts are calculated based on the information entered during your booking.

They can be paid by credit card (secure online payment) or by bank transfer. If your booking is made more than 31 days before your arrival, you have the option to pay in two installments.
