Is it mandatory to have a guarantor?

Edited

No, having a guarantor is not mandatory.

If you wish to pay in one lump sum for your entire stay, we will only need your proof of identity (front and back).

If you choose monthly payments, you will need to enter your net monthly income to verify whether it is sufficient to waive a guarantor (your rent must not exceed 35% of your net monthly income before tax). Otherwise, you will need to obtain a physical guarantor or use a solution such as GarantMe with whom we have a partnership.
